The Office of Naval Research seeks small businesses capable of providing advanced IT and Data Analytics support for its Comptroller's Office. The goal is to sustain a cloud-based analytics environment to support decision-making for the Navy's Science and Technology portfolio. Required capabilities include AI/ML, cloud engineering at IL5, full-stack development, and Agile/DevSecOps.
