Each set consists of 1 card of each of the seven NSNs. This is expected to continue for approximately 21 months in a row. Estimated total quantity is 7,350 total cards, consisting of an equal quantity of each NSN. A Long Term contract is anticipated. The response should include CAGE code; product line; quality certifications; company size; customer base and appropriate POC information. This RFI is for market research purposes only. Any information submitted is at the company's own expense. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with submission of capability statements in connection with the market survey. Any information provided is voluntary.

This extension affects all long-term contracts awarded by DLA Energy COG2 between September 2017 and March 2020, for the delivery of fuel throughout COG 2 (Northeast United States: CT, ME, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, and VT). The contracts have an ordering period from date of award through March 31 through April 30, 2021. This extends the Period of Performance through September 30, 2021 with a 30 day carryover period in accordance with Contract Clause I209.09 EXTENSION PROVISIONS (DESC JUL 2009). If a follow-on contract for line items under this contract are awarded prior to the expiration of the extension, the Government reserves the right to terminate the balance of this ordering period at NO Cost for the convenience of the Government.
