The Space Force, in cooperation with the Space Warfighting Analysis Center, is conducting this RFI for market research on Multi-Source PNT user equipment (UE) to support the NAVWAR Objective Force, not as a solicitation or commitment to contract. Areas of interest include terrestrial and space user equipment using MOSA, onboard fusion engines, support for M-Code/CA/commercial signals, disadvantaged users, high-value military assets, and small/large satellite users. The military-specific M-Code is available today, while PNT modernization signals are projected to be available by 2035. Respondents must address security, cybersecurity, and supply-chain posture, including facility and personnel clearances, CUI/CDI safeguarding, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC Level 2 or higher, NDAA Section 889 compliance, SCRM, and data rights/IP restrictions. Foreign firms cannot participate at the prime contractor level but may participate as subcontractors if eligible, and responses may be shared with AFRL/SWAC support contractors unless a restriction is stated.
