This is a sources sought announcement seeking responses to determine interested 8(a) contractors for participation in an acquisition. We plan to establish a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to provide all non-personal services, to include labor, equipment, materials, and related items necessary to provide design-build construction on Moody Air Force Base, Georgia (Grassy Pond Recreational Area, Georgia; and Avon Park Range, Florida). Please see the attached BOA Design Build Guide for more information. The designated NAICS code is 236220 with size standard of $36.5M. The BOA is anticipated to be for an ordering period of not more than 5 years. Reference sources sought, MOODYFY20BOA, with response and include the following information: Business Name CAGE Code Point of contact name, email address, and telephone number(s) Proof of 8(a) status along with graduation date. Can your company perform at least at least 15% of this construction, not including materials, with your own employees? For special trade construction, can your company perform at least 25% of this construction, not including materials, with your own employees?
