Modular Multi-Mode Microplate Reader with Monochromator This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be competed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Environmental Laboratory at Vicksburg, MS has a requirement for the following: Modular Multi-Mode Microplate Reader with Monochromator Potential vendors may access the following attachments below: Attachment 01 (Description of Requirement) Attachment 02 (Quote Submission Form) Delivery will be FOB Destination to the following location: Keri Donohue CEERD-EPR 3909 Halls Ferry Road Vicksburg, MS 39180 The North American Industry Classification System Code for this procurement is 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. In accordance with the attached Description of Requirement (Attachment 01), an award for this acquisition will be provided to the vendor whose quote is the Lowest Priced of those determined to be Technically Qualified. FAR 52.212-2 - Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
