SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following services listed below: This is a Sources Sought announcement. The 55 Contracting Squadron intends to contract a focal point mission planning and execution system responsible for zero fail operations supporting three of the United States' top priority missions, Presidential Support missions (1A1 Priority), Secretary of Defense Support Missions (1B1 Priority), and the Open Skies Treaty Verification Mission. System planning and execution supports the dispatch of two fleets of USAF aircraft and missions with a 24/7 posture. Dispatch function must be able to flight follow all global missions ensuring accuracy of routing, threat avoidance, logistics support, coordination of diplomatic overflight, air traffic control, and support in emergency actions. Simultaneously, the dispatch function will be able to maintain sufficient personnel during execution to mission plan future mission requirements. See Attached Sources Sought Word Document and PWS.
