The 763rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (763 ESS) is seeking sources for an on-demand, 24/7 mental well-being support and education application available to Airmen to support a requirement needed for Headquarters (HQ) Air Mobility Command (AMC). The application should provide the following services: education on mental wellness topics - stress management, sleep, grief, and relationships, along with on-demand coaching with certified support personnel. Coaching and support should be available 24/7. The company must provide rapid, 24/7 support to Airmen identified as imminent risk of harm to self or others and activate a safety plan for the member. As needed, coaches should be able to direct Airmen to the appropriate levels of care and services available at their location. These requirements should be contained in a single application to ensure successful implementation across the command. The information requested by this Sources Sought Notice will be used within the Air Force (AF) to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. While this source sought is being posted under NAICS: 541519 – Other Computer Related Services, it is also being posted under 611710 Educational Support Services, 611420 - Computer Training and 513210 Mobile Applications Development and Publishing, except on a custom basis. The intent is to purchase a mental well-being support and education application.
