This is a market survey to locate additional sources of supply for repair services support for MD-1359/A NSN 5895-01-493-4396. This market survey does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. The services encompassed by this requirement include repair of hardware that is out of warranty. Suppliers capable of furnishing these services must so indicate in writing to PM-AME Field Office, ATTN: SFAE-AV-AS-AME (Bryant), 3RD floor building 6007, F3-140-124, 6560 surveillance loop, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005 or via email to Lawrence.e.bryant12.civ@mail.mil. The responses must include documentation such as drawings, test results, counterfeit parts screening procedure and other technical information demonstrating that the supplier can provide the required hardware, software and services. The response must include the supplier's current ability to produce replacement modules as required to support repair and their ability to meet a minimum repair throughput of 15 completed repairs per month, with a surge requirement of up to 30 per month, running the Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) SSD-TP-DM036 23 MARCH 2004 and the Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) AME-TP-DM004 12 MAY 2004 on each repair. The responder shall indicate if they currently possess the required test equipment and ability to support the running of the required ATP and ESS tests. In addition, the response must include a statement that the supplier has a current stock, to include quantity on hand, of screened Infineon part number PEF20534H10-V21 208-PQFP.
