This support shall be for COMSUBLANT maintenance and modernization programs IAW the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM), Ship’s Maintenance and Material Management (3M) System Policy (OPNAVINST 4790.4 series), Navy Modernization Program Management and Operations Manual (SL720-AA-MAN-030), and Alterations to Ships Accomplished by Alteration Installation Teams (AITs) (NAVSEA Tech Spec 9090.310 series).
