THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, REQUEST FOR QUOTE, OR INVITATION FOR BID. THE INTENT OF THIS NOTICE IS TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL OFFERORS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. Westover Air Reserve Base has a need for preventive maintenance and repair for an AutoClear Dynavision X-Ray Scanner Model 7555. Preventative Maintenance and Repair Contract to support Westover ARB operations. Shall be approved/certified to work on machine from manufacturer. Plan should cover at the least Preventive Maintenance check with Radiation Survey per contract year. This is to be scheduled by the account at their convenience and the availability of the technician. Unlimited technical phone support, Unlimited emergency service calls during normal business hours, One fixed cost per year, Parts coverage on specified equipment, Preferred customer status on service calls, Guaranteed Autoclear response time The base is seeking qualified Commercial contractors with knowledge of maintaining the above equipment as well as providing efficient and effective maintenance and repair services to ensure minimal down time of critical Air Force asset requiring continuous operation. In the event of a machine breakdown we are requesting a contractor that will be able to respond in less than 48 hours would be preferred. A set preventative maintenance plan based on manufacturer and OEM standards that addresses the condition of equipment. We are looking for the Autoclear platinum maintenance plan or equal. The anticipated Maintenance and Repair contract, firm fixed price. Contract performance period is for a five (5) year period (1-Base and 4(1) year options). This Sources Sought and is not a request for proposals nor does it constitute a statement of a current government requirement. The anticipated procurement is for scheduled maintenance and non-reoccurring repair services (Service Calls). The establishment of this OPTION is anticipated to be a 100% small business set-aside, but all interested parties are encouraged to submit capability statements. Must be knowledgeable of the AutoClear Dynavision X-Ray Scanner, Model 7555. It is anticipated that this acquisition will result in one (1) firm fixed price option contract. Successful offeror will be required to provide all labor, material, supplies, transportation, supervision, and all other necessary items to perform a full spectrum of maintenance and repair activities including; inspection, preventative maintenance, scheduling, and repairs.Contractors will be required to perform and execute services utilizing manufacturer recommended and OEM approved services personnel and parts. A positive statement of the firm's intent to submit a proposal for the anticipated contract solicitation as a prime contractor is requested.
