In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 36.204 Disclosureof the magnitude of construction projects this project is projected to be between $250k - $500k. INTENT: The roof system of a facility on base has failed and is leaking and needs to be replaced. The intent of the project is to repair the roof system and associated accessories on a building at Hanscom AFB, MA by removing and replacing the roof system. All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable National, Air Force, State and local building codes and regulations, and Hanscom AFB Architectural Compatibility Standards.
