Outside Runway Repair
Laughlin Air Force Base is conducting a sources-sought effort, for information and planning only, to identify capable and interested sources for Outside Airfield Runway Repair as detailed in the attached Statement of Work and attachments. Interested parties should specifically confirm their ability to provide the asphalt mix required by UFGS 32 12 15.13, referenced in SOW paragraph 2.5.4. Responses should be emailed to the Contracting Officer/Specialist and include capabilities, ability to accomplish the requirement, and business size relative to NAICS 237310 (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction). The applicable SBA small business size standard is $45 million in average annual receipts. Performance will be at Laughlin Air Force Base.
