The purpose of the project is to repair the eroded lagoon wall or clay liner, replace with a geomembrane liner, and install a leak detection system in the Wastewater Lagoon 1. This project is a design-build contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for completing a 100% design. The Contractor shall also be responsible for the construction of the approved design as described herein. The 100% design shall be approved by the Government prior to the beginning of construction.
