Services are required to upgrade and replace the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in Building 380. Upgrades will replace, and balance the HVAC system supplying conditioned air to Aerospace Physiology. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work outlined in this SOW and all attachments. The Contractor shall turn over a complete and usable product to the Government. All work shall comply with the attachments in Section 8, the Whole Building Design Guide (WBDG), the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and Unified Facility Criteria (UFCs). The acquisition will be set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220 and the applicable small business standard size is $16.5 M. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation.
