This project includes, but is not limited to, the repair and replacement of single-ply roofing system located on Building 328 at Laughlin AFB with a similar, new white colored single-ply roofing system. This contract includes a secondary project for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) and UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) work which must be phased into the roofing work. Upgrades to the UPS system shall include the installation of controls to remotely monitor, control, and alarm when a hazardous operating condition is detected during UPS operation. Upgrade to the HVAC system for the rooms containing the UPS system is required to adequately condition the space and externally exhaust any produced fumes. The Contractor is to furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and perform all work required according to the drawings and specifications of the contract. This acquisition will be set aside for Women Owned Small Business offerors only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238160 and the applicable small business size standard is $16.5M dollars. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation.
