Lot, weight gross - Batteries/pallets – 44,613 pounds (approximate). 4. Lot, weight net – Batteries – 43,963 pounds (approximate). Financial Terms: 1. Purchaser shall pay all freight costs. 2. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping losses. 3. Any discrepancies must be resolved within 10 days of pickup. 4. Half of the payment is due prior to pickup of property and the other half of payment is due to USPFO within 10 after pickup. 5.
