The information will be used for identifying potential sources interested and having the capability of providing: Quantity: Two Heated Tents capable of withstanding the harsh Minnesota winter conditions. Tent dimension: 60ft x 40ft See Atatchement Entrance: Industry Standard Features: Heat and lighting. Capable of maintaining a constant temperature at a minimum of 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Ability to withstand snow load and snow drifts as well as possible winds of up to 80 MPH. Installation and tear down of the Structure. Approximate GPS Coordinates: 1 at LAT/LONG: 46.15087 -94.44818 and 1 at LAT/LONG: 46.16115 -94.42500 Approximate Dates: NOV 2019-FEB/MAR 2020 Contractor to provide heat and generator for lights. This can also be adjusted to we provide heat and generator for lights (pending verification of compatibility). Contractor is not required to provide fuel. Must meet all applicable Minnesota State Code Requirements. The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of interest and an approximant price for this type of requirement. The USPFO for Minnesota will use this information to develop an acquisition strategy. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement and/or any follow-up information request.
