If it is determined necessary, the government may inspect lodging prior to award to ensure cleanliness and standard quality standards are acceptable. A finalized roster with specific dates and room requirements per Soldier will be provided after contract award. The government may award this requirement in two separate contracts if it determined in the government's best interest. Vendors must be registered in www.beta.sam.gov at the time of award.
