The Minnesota Army National Guard requests a source sought for the following: - Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Tests, quantity 4,600. - Serologic Blood Draw Tests, quantity 4,600. The purpose of these tests is to prepare the MN National Guard Soldiers to conduct a large training exercise at the National Training Center, California from approximately June through August. The PCR Tests are to be done through a Nasopharyngeal Swab sent to lab for testing of the active COVID-19 infection. Distribute to 17 states supporting NTC. Turnaround from collecting the sample to receiving the The Serologic Blood Draw Tests is to be an Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) type test, sent to lab for testing of the presence of antibodies in response to the COVID-19 infection. Distribute to 17 states supporting NTC. Turnaround from collecting the sample to receiving the results is preferred to be 10 days or less. It is preference that the testing of soldiers, conducting the lab tests, and receiving the result be done by 1 (One) vendor however, requirements may be achieved under multiple vendors and/or multiple awards. Additionally, we do have the option of sample collection through our trained medical soldiers if that is a better option. Any suggestions to alternative solutions is encouraged. The testing locations will be at 17 different states, locations to be determined at a later date. Early to Mid-June is the estimated delivery-date/period or performance for testing and receiving the results.
