Quotes shall be evaluated as to who is able to provide the best value to the government in terms of recycling the scrap metal, payment terms in regards to how much money due to the government (if any), container roll-off fees, container size proposed for the amount generated, how often to have the container changed out, any other information you think is pertinent for the Government’s scrap metal recycling program for this location.
