Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC Public Works is seeking sources for the purchase of a Submersible Mixers manufactured by Landia, Inc model numbers POP-I 4.9 HP (part number 1128303) and POP-I 9.0 HP (part number 1128305). The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 333310 – Sewage Treatment Equipment Manufacturing. Interested vendors shall provide the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact (POC) name, phone number, and email address. (2) Cage Code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) registered in the Systems for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov). (3) Business Size under NAICS code 333310. If the size standard is small, indicate if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, HUBZone certified, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business or Small Business. (4) Capability Statement. Convey the services that your company offers, its qualifications and accomplishments.
