This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, or confirmation that the Government will contract for the items contained in the announcement, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources, determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate, and determining whether or not this approach to securing contracting support is practicable. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this notice. Responses to the notice will not be returned. The Marine Corps Installations East/Marine Corps Base (MCIEAST/MCB) Chaplain’s Office aboard MCB Camp Lejeune, NC seeks qualified vendors to provide non-personal support services for musician accompanist in support of the Catholic Chapel worship services, and other religious events. The services require performance of organist, pianist or keyboard musician services during times of designated Catholic Chapel worship services, rehearsals and other religious events. These duties include regularly scheduled service performances during two separate worship services on every Sunday, two hours per week of rehearsals with the choir, up to 20 special services during the church calendar year or civic holidays, and identification of any musical instruments that are malfunctioning. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 711130, Musical Groups and Artists. The Small Business Size Standard is $15 million. Interested vendors shall provide the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, and email address. (2) CAGE Code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Vendor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov. (3) Business Size under NAICS code 711130. If your firm is a Small Business indicate what categories it is certified under; Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Woman-Owned Small Business, or Small Disadvantaged Business.
