REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Air Force to identify potential manufacturing sources and to determine if this effort can be competitive or a Small Business Set-Aside. This is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research. 1.0 PROGRAM OBJECTIVES: The 87th Security Forces Squadron requires the capability to maintain and provide a private, secure and sanitary area, in close proximity of the workplace, for mothers to nurse and/or express milk. 1.1. Purpose: Purchase Lactation suite for 87 SFS, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), Building 2301, second floor. 1.2. Scope: The contractor will be required to provide one (1) Mobile Lactation Suite, with the 87 SFS Logo on the exterior door, delivery, installation, and a one (1) year service plan. 1.2.1. The contractor will provide one (1) Mobile Lactation Suit. The suite will be an all-in-one turnkey mobile lactation solution for offices and public spaces, with secure access. Features will include: interior surfaces all food-grade solid surface materials, retractable casters for relocation, interior dual hospital-grade outlets & USB port, UL approved 20 amp circuit (unit draws 4 amps), 10 power cord, occupies one standard outlet, occupancy-activated lighting & ventilation, option to locate, unlock, adjust lighting & airflow with application. 1.2.2. The contractor will delivery and install the Lactation Suite to 87 SFS, Building 2301, Second Floor/Hall, JB MDL, NJ 08641. 1.2.3. The contractor will add the 87 SFS official logo as a custom graphic on exterior and interior of the lactation suite. The customer (87 SFS) must reviewed and approved the graphics. 1.2.4. The contractor will provide a one (1) year service plan, which includes the extended warranty.
