Notice of Proposed Contract Action The Microwave Line of Sight (MLoS) Description The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Fort Huachuca Division intends to award a sole-source contract under the authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(l), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source to Telos Corporation, LLC physically located at 119886 Ashburn Rd Ashburn, VA 20147-2358 United States by modifying the existing Firm Fixed Price Contract, W91RUS25CA008. Period of Performance Base Period: 02 April 2025 – 30 September 2025 Option Period: 01 October 2025 – 31 December 2025 Scope The Contractor shall perform the following requirements to support the Government in accomplishing its mission and objectives detailed in para. 1.2 and 1.3 above in accordance with the reliability, availability, and maintainability standards detailed in AR 702-19 and tower safety requirements detailed in OSHA standards. Justification Requirements: In accordance with FAR 6.305(a), a justification for this action will be madepublicly available within 14 days after contract award. Notice of Contract Action Responses The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517112. This Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Contract is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. All information received from this notice shall be used for planning and market research purposes only. The determination to refrain from competing proposed contracts based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for the preparation of any information submitted or use of such information. Acknowledgement of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified regarding the assessment of the information received. Interested parties may express interest and provide a capabilitystatement no later than 27 March 2025 3:00 PM MST.
