Insight for Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) programmable building controllers in contract actions requiring interface with the identified Installation networked facilities control and monitoring system at Naval Station Great Lakes (referred to in this document as "the Installation"). Authority to act under this class justification is authorized from 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2024.
