Provide all labor, mateials, supplies, testing, certification, equipment, transportation, management, environmental controls and supervision to perform maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition & minor construction, inspection, testing & component replacement of VTEs per the manufacturers orignial specifications & requirements of ASME-A17-1 Safety Code for Elevators, Escalators & Dumbwaiters at NSA Crane, Indiana. The contract was competitively procured as a small business set-aside and awarded to Murphy Elevator Company on 15 January 2015 for a contract term not to exceed 60 months. The current contract expired 14 January 2020. The purpose of this justification is to increase the duration of the contract by six months from 15 January 2020 to 14 July 2020.
