This is a non-personal services contract to provide maintenance and support for the JusticeTrax LIMS-plus Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) used by the United States Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory (USACIL). This PWS describes the services required by the vendor to provide maintenance and support of the JusticeTrax LIMS-plus product. The salient characteristics of the primary deliverable (the LIMS maintenance and support services) are described in this document. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
