This requirement is for wireless services and devices and has been awarded within a specific frequency spectrum to support the First Responder Broadband Network commonly known as FirstNet. Using cellular devices with required accessories that are compatible with FirstNet, IMCOM will improve first responder communications interoperability, supported by priority and preemption during routine and critical incidents. This wireless service also includes unlimited data transmission for all Army/IMCOM first responders. A redacted J&A is provided.
