Description of Supplies/Services: The purpose of this task order is to provide IT Professional Services to the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) SLD Office, to include database planning and design, systems analysis and design, programming and software development, conversion and implementation support, and software project management. The support required is for continued operations and maintenance of SLDMS. The system is comprised of four modular applications: the Colonels Management Office (CMO) web application called Development Opportunities Management System (the DOM), the HQDA General Officer Management Office (GOMO) web application called DA-GOMONet, the U.S. Army Reserve General Officer Management Office web application called OCAR-GOMONet, and a shared web application called Pairwise Voting System. The SLDMS is the underlying platform and each of these web applications service a distinct managed population.
