The United States Army Aeronautical Services Agency (USAASA) requests a firm-fixed-price sole source purchase order The Government projects a Firm-Fixed-Price award for six (6) Terminal Instrument Procedures (TERPS) Developers for the period of performance 14 December 2022 through 26 November 2023. Operations and Maintenance, Army funds will be used for this requirement. Services include but are not limited to the development, validation, maintenance, and sustainment of U.S. and Foreign Terminal Instrument Procedures dedicated for oversees flight publications. These services support the development of design standards, processing, and the documentation of enroute and terminal flight operations procedures worldwide.
