This is a one year contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to provide professional consulting and litigation support services to Government counsel or other Government professional staff members. These services will include the presentation of evidence in conducting a defense to the claims asserted in ASBCA Appeal Nos. 62648, 62649, and 62650, before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (the "Appeal") and in prosecuting potential affirmative government claims. The anticipated period of performance will be from 5 August 2021- 6 August 2022
