THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command MICC–Fort Buchanan Puerto Rico is in the process of determining the Hotels interested and capable for providing Lodging and Related Services throughout Puerto Rico. Large and Small Business Hotels in Puerto Rico are able to participate in the Sources Sought. NO THIRD PARTIES WILL BE HONORED. This is a sources sought notice requesting information. This is not a formal solicitation. Any formal solicitation will be announced separately at a later time. Please note that the number used for this sources sought is different from the one that will be used in the pre-solicitation notice. Information provided to the Government as a result of this posting is strictly voluntary and given with no expectation of compensation, and clearly provided at no cost to the Government. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon all Vendors to review the Beta.sam.gov frequently for any updates/amendments to the solicitation. All offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov and the Online Representations and Certifications Application must also be current. The summary of the requirement is as follows: 1. The requirement consists of establishment of various Blanket Purchase Agreements to Hotels throughout Puerto Rico providing for Lodging only and/or Lodging, Related Services and Parking. 2. Estimated Period of Performance: Base Period from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 plus Four (4) additional (One Year Period) Option Periods to be exercised at the Government’s Option. Response to the Sources Sought required the following information from the Hotels: Hotels Name Location of the Hotel Accommodations of the Hotel Capacity of the Hotel Capabilities of Hotels. CAGE Code Copy of Hotel’s Brochure Point of Contact Name and Title Point of Contact Tel/Cell Email Address Indicate if interested in being part of the Conference Email the responses to Grace Gonzalez at: grace.m.gonzalez9.civ@mail.mil with copy to Maria Otero at maria.d.otero4.civ@mail.mil All categories of small business and large businesses and are encouraged to respond to this request. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) anticipated for this requirement is 721110. The size standard for this NAICS code is $35 Million. Interested Hotels in Puerto Rico shall have a current Systems for Award Management ((SAM) (www.sam.gov)) active Registration. The registration shall be kept active throughout the life of the Blanket Purchase Agreements. The SAM registrations shall incorporate the representations and certifications of the company identifying the NAICS of 721110. If you are a Hotel in Puerto Rico that currently has a Blanket Purchase Order Agreement with the MICC-Fort Buchanan office and/or a Hotel that can provide the required services specified herein and you would like to participate in the new competitive solicitation for this procurement, please send your responses to the Sources Sought. In addition, the MICC-Fort Buchanan may be conducting an Hotel Lodging Conference (virtual) providing detail information about the Blanket Purchase Agreements and answering questions. The Conference is only for duly authorized representatives of hotels in Puerto Rico. Information on the conference will be sent out at a later date.
