The Government's intent is to seek potential vendors that can satisfy effectively the Preventive Maintenance and Repairs to Emergency Security and Intrusion Detection Systems at Fort Buchanan Puerto Rico base on existing equipment and complete fully integration to ensure its functionality. Contractor shall be responsible to provide labor, material, equipment, supervision, incidentals and all necessary efforts to perform Preventive Maintenance Services for Electronic Security System (ESS) / Intrusion Detection System (IDS) at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico 00934. The contractor is required to perform recurring preventive maintenance on ESS Monitoring Station equipment, all installed IDS, Access Control and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems, in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. The contractor shall implement a planned preventive maintenance program, as approved by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), to help prevent and correct deficiencies with installed IDS, Access Control and CCTV systems components, thus minimizing breakdowns and service interruptions, extending component life, and maximizing operating efficiency.
