The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform rehabilitation services for Military Working Equines (MWE). Place of performance should be no more than two hour drive from Joint Base Myers Henderson Hall (JBMHH). The contractor shall provide physical therapy and rehabilitation services. The contractor shall provide this service in a humane manner. Any veterinary care provided by veterinarians employed at the non-DoD veterinary facility shall be discussed with and approved by PHC-A Veterinary Service Personnel. Rehabilitation requirements will be developed for each MWE based on individualized needs as directed by PHC-A Veterinary Service Personnel. The Contractor shall familiarize themselves with all command policies provided by PHC-A and any changes to the care required at the time of this contract need to be verified by a PHC-A Veterinarian and the KO.
