NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential sources capable of performing the effort described herein pursuant to FAR part 10, Market Research and FAR part 19, Small Business Programs. This is for planning purposes only. The 377 MSG/PKC Construction Contracting Branch at Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB) seeks sources which can provide construction design charrette services to fulfill the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO). This is the initial step in the planning process for the “Repair of Building 20245, Consolidated Support KAFB " – Design Charrette. The current facility’s HVAC, DDC controls, electrical, communication systems, roof, roof openings and supports, fire suppression, fire alarm, plumbing, bathrooms, interior and exterior finish upgrades, as well as lighting, need to be upgraded. Current program of building does not meet current codes, regulations, and mission requirements.
