Military Family Housing Maintenance Notice from the United States Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Installation Contracting Division, Civil Engineering Support Branch at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio: The AFLCMC/ Operational Contacting Division, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio is seeking capabilities packages of potential sources, for a 100% 8(a) Set Aside that is capable of providing Preventative Maintenance for the housing area at Wright Patterson Air Force Base as defined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This sources sought synopsis is published for market research purposes only, to identify potential sources capable of providing regular and preventative maintenance for the housing area located on WPAFB. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/QUOTES. All interested firms shall submit a response to the Primary Point of Contact demonstrating their capability to provide Regular and Preventative Maintenance for the housing area at Wright Patterson Air Force Base stipulated in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201, responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. A solicitation for this requirement does not exist, therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. The decision to solicit for a contract will be solely within the Government's discretion. The NAICS Code assigned to this acquisition is 561210, “Facilities Support Services”, with a small business size standard of $47M. Firms responding should indicate their size in relation to this size standard, and indicate they are an 8(a) Program. Respondents are further requested to indicate their status as a Foreign-owned/foreign-controlled firm and any contemplated use of foreign national employees on this effort. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be awarded a DoD contract. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought synopsis is voluntary. This sources sought notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government reimburse any costs associated with the submission of information in response to this notice. Respondents will not be individually notified of the results of any government assessments. CAPABILITIES PACKAGE: Interested parties shall submit a capabilities package for Military Family Housing Maintenance that demonstrates their capability to provide this service. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrates an ability to meet the stated requirements. However, the response must not exceed twenty-five (25) pages. Capabilities Packages submitted as an email attachment in response to this sources sought synopsis and must be received at the following e-mail addresses NOT LATER THAN 5 September 2025 AT 10:30 AM EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME. Emails with a link to the response will not be reviewed/accepted. Advertising or marketing information is NOT appropriate.
