The U.S. Air Force is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes only to assess industry capability to provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the MH-139A Grey Wolf helicopter fleet. The fleet currently consists of 26 aircraft with roughly 30 more planned, operating across six CONUS Air Force base locations. Required capabilities span material and spare parts procurement, inventory and warehouse management, depot and field maintenance, engineering and data analysis, supply chain management, cybersecurity, and FAA Part 145 repair station support. Interested parties are asked to submit a capability statement of no more than 15 pages describing their technical experience, certifications, and relevant past performance on rotary-wing platforms. No contract will result directly from this RFI, and no funding is being provided for responses.
