The U.S. Air Force is conducting a Request for Information for market research on Contractor Logistics Support services for the MH-139A Grey Wolf helicopter, a Boeing-modified Leonardo AW139 used for security, transport, and search-and-rescue missions. The current fleet is 26 aircraft with approximately 30 additional aircraft planned, operating from six CONUS Air Force bases. Required capability areas include material purchasing, inventory and spares management, depot-level and field maintenance, engineering/OEM data access, obsolescence and supply-chain management, cybersecurity/RMF, and relevant FAA Part 145/142 certifications. Interested parties should provide a capability statement covering technical/logistics/sustainment experience, facility certifications, RAM metrics and consumption analytics, and past performance on complex rotary-wing aircraft, preferably the Leonardo AW139. The RFI is informational only, does not constitute a solicitation or promise of a future RFP, and the Government will not reimburse preparation costs.

The U.S. Air Force is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes only to assess industry capability to provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the MH-139A Grey Wolf helicopter fleet. The fleet currently consists of 26 aircraft with roughly 30 more planned, operating across six CONUS Air Force base locations. Required capabilities span material and spare parts procurement, inventory and warehouse management, depot and field maintenance, engineering and data analysis, supply chain management, cybersecurity, and FAA Part 145 repair station support. Interested parties are asked to submit a capability statement of no more than 15 pages describing their technical experience, certifications, and relevant past performance on rotary-wing platforms. No contract will result directly from this RFI, and no funding is being provided for responses.
