The Program Executive Office Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS), Project Manager (PM) Abrams is conducting a market survey to collect written information from industry to the Joint Systems Manufacturing Center (JSMC) facility for real property management, Government Furnished Property, industrial plant equipment, other plant equipment maintenance, repair, and facility support for determine the current market capability to provide facility real property, industrial plant equipment, and other plant equipment maintenance, repair, and replacement support for the production of Heavy Combat Vehicles. The contractor shall also conduct special projects, analyses, and evaluations of manufacturing processes and production facilities to support production of Heavy Combat Vehicles.
