Mass Advertising and Marketing The contractor shall assist the MDARNG recruitment efforts by delivering targeted MDARNG messaging to prospective applicants throughout the State of Maryland in the target age demographic for military service. Contractor will also provide social media outreach and opportunity for branded content in a topic of our choosing. The intent is to reach adults 17-34 in the Baltimore Metro Area and Maryland statewide.
