The Missile Defense Agency is seeking prototype concepts for a highly mobile, rapidly deployable Forward-Based Mode Radar Next system to enhance early warning, tracking, and discrimination against advanced missile threats, including hypersonic missiles. This effort will be solicited under the existing NOBLE Multiple Authority Announcement using Other Transaction Authority, and the government strongly encourages teaming arrangements that leverage primes, non-traditional defense contractors, and small businesses. Offerors must demonstrate shared commitment through resource alignment, co-investment, or shared performance risk, and will be required to possess or obtain a Facility Security Clearance prior to starting Cycle 1, Concept Development. DD Forms 254 authorizing classified work will be issued no later than the beginning of Cycle 1.
