The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is to conduct market research and identify potential business sources with the technical capability and necessary resources to provide a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) source selection tool, training, and support. 3/11/2021 UPDATE: The purpose of this update is to revise the classification stating Total Small Business Set-Aside. The classification of Total Small Business Set-Aside was inadvertently selected, as it was MDA's intention to assess responses from ALL interested parties. MDA has not finalized an acquisition strategy and the purpose of this notice is to inform the strategy, to include potential set-asides. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and encourage industry partners, both large and small, to participate and provided responses. The Sources Sought Request for Information has also been updated to reflect this change. As a result, the due date for responses has been changed to March 24, 2021 by 3:00 pm CST. Companies that have already submitted responses are not required to resubmit. Inquiries for confirmation of receipt are encouraged.
