The DPRI Program Office is responsible for building Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz in Guam in order to enable the USMC to relocate forces from Okinawa to Guam in compliance with the DPRI bilateral agreement signed between the U.S. Government and the Government of Japan. Order M95494-17-F-0009 provides technical support for all aspects of the DPRI program ranging from information technology requirements analysis, geographic information systems analysis, Marine Air-Ground Task Force support, National Environmental Policy Act support, planning, financial analysis, logistics program management, mission assurance requirements analysis, master scheduling, and facility requirement engineering / project management. DPRI requires that the services provided under this order is extended by six (6) months.
