This is a combined synopsis/soliciation for a requirement from Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. Please see attached documents for specifications. Quotes can be sent to Casey Pridham at casey.pridham@us.af.mil. This combined synopsis/solicitation closes on Friday, 27 December 2019 at 12:00 pm EST. Contractor must provide, and install new library furniture in accordance with attached furniture schedule, including: shelving for audio books and DVD collection combined into one area, tech classroom furniture, meeting room furniture, children's room shelving with soft seating, education shelving, home school area, mobile computer furniture for 16+ commercial computers and 8 AF computers, reconfigure circulation desk and front staff desk area, new library shelving throughout (not to exceed 60.5 inches in height for open areas to ensure clear sight lines), book display end panels for shelving, additional lounge seating and study areas throughout library, and new signage. Delivery, installment of furniture, including assembly of furniture and anchoring furniture to wall where required in accordance with attached floor plan, and removal of packing material should be included in total purchase amount. Contractor is also required to remove and dispose of old furniture/shelving.
