Notice: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. 1.1 The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business set-aside. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women owned small business concerns. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. 1.2 Attached is a document containing a description of services requirement. Interested parties are highly encouraged to complete the comment matrix for feedback on the attached statement of objectives. The Government also requests that offerors provide commerical flat fee information or cost per square footage for design work (etc.) for market research. 1.3 If the Government decides to conduct procurement as a result of the market research, a separate pre-solicitation synopsis of that procurement may be posted. 1.4 Please note that we cannot return your submissions to you. 1.5 Small businesses are encouraged to participate in this Market Research. 2.
