The work performed under this contract will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide new sleeving, new screen, new pipe, new gravel, new pump, new instrumentation... The work performed under this contract will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide new sleeving, new screen, new pipe, new gravel, new pump, new instrumentation and controls, installation of a concrete pad and a generator for Well #10 for Keesler AFB, MS, as specified in the Statement of Work, Specifications, and as shown in the drawings. This acquisition will be conducted as a total small business set aside, utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Procedures. Interested small business sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237110. The size standard is $45.0 Million. The Product Services Code (PSC) is Z2NE. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The Solicitation Package, Specifications, and Drawings (if applicable), will tentatively be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 02 August 2024 with a tentative closing date of 03 September 2024. The contract performance period for both Phase 1 and 2 will begin 10 days after award and end 200 days later. All Contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) DoD Database prior to any subsequent award. SAM Registration may be accomplished online at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/. Contractors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a UEI number.
