An organized site visit has been set for Thursday, 1 August 2024 at 2:00pm CDT. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. The work performed under this contract will consist of providing all design efforts, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace AHUs & VAVs in NPS Dorms PH1 at Keesler AFB, MS as specified in the Statement of Work, Specifications, and as shown in the drawings. This acquisition will be conducted as a set aside for firm in a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Procedures. Interested HUBZone firms may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220. The size standard is $19.0 Million. The Product Services Code (PSC) is N041. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The Solicitation Package, Specifications, and Drawings (if applicable), will tentatively be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 22 July 2024 with a tentative closing date of 21 Aug 2024. The contract performance period will be 360 days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. All Contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) DoD Database prior to any subsequent award.
