The work performed under this contract will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair marina piers from damage caused by tropical storm Cristobal at Keesler AFB, MS... The work performed under this contract will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair marina piers from damage caused by tropical storm Cristobal at Keesler AFB, MS as specified in the Statement of Work, Specifications, and as shown in the drawings. These repairs include repairing the restroom building on the west pier, restoring floating docks on the east pier, providing a new transition sump and dispensers for the fueling system, providing new accessories and gangways, new electrical and mechanical systems, and replacing portions of the concrete and asphalt drive. This acquisition will be conducted as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set side, utilizing Performance Price Trade-off (PPT) Procedures. Interested SDVOSB sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990. The size standard is $39.5 Million. The Product Services Code (PSC) is Z2PZ. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Solicitation Package, Specifications, and Drawings (if applicable), will tentatively be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.beta.sam.gov on/or around 18 October 2021 with a tentative closing date of 17 November 2021. The contract performance period will be 180 days after receiving the Notice to Proceed.
