The USAF Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Digital Directorate, Theatre Battle Control Division (HBD), at Hanscom Air Force Base and The Mobility Air Forces Tactical Data Links (MAF-TDL) Program Management Office (PMO) is submitting a Request for Information (RFI) on industry capability for integrating an Airborne Executive Processor (AEP) system, which supports a stable access environment for receiving, linking and allocating communications amid all participants in a midair environment. NOTE: This Request for Information (RFI) is for market research and planning purposes only and does not consitutet an Invitation for Bid (IFB) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). Its issuance does not restrict the Government as tothe ultimate acquisition approach. All responses shall be UNCLASSIFIED. Submit your response, including business size classification, via e-mail to leopoldo.romo@us.af.mil, michael.monte.4@us.af.mil, and christina.stanley.4@us.af.mil. Include your company/firm name, address, CAGE code, point of contact, phone, and email address. The Government requests that interested responsible potential sources submit an electronic response in MS Word or Adobe PDF format of not more than fifteen (15) single-sided pages, 8.5" x 11" paper, 12 point. Responses must be received no later than 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) on 19 March 2021. Any questions regarding the information included in the RFI shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Capt Leopoldo Romo, leopoldo.romo@us.af.mil, and the Contract Specialists, 1st Lt Michael Monte, michael.monte.4@us.af.mil, and Ms. Christina Stanley, christina.stanley.4@us.af.mil, no later than 5:00 AM (Eastern Time) on 12 March 2021.
