This is a Request for Information (RFI) for a 100% Plans & Specifications Construction Task Order that is expected to be issued under the anticipated Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) at Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. THIS IS NOT A SOLCITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this Request for Information is to give industry the ability to view the draft Task Order documents and promote an exchange of information with the Government to help improve the understanding of the Task Order requirements and Industry capabilities. This RFI is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, or ultimately issue the Task Order under the anticipated MACC IDIQ Contract vehicle. The general scope of the prospective Task Order is for the Contractors to provide all management, labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and Architectural Engineering services to accomplish the Demolition of Building 1103 (B1103) in accordance with the draft MACC IDIQ Basic Statement of Work, draft MACC IDIQ Appendixes, draft Task Order Statement of Work, and draft Task Order Attachments. The anticipated Task Order to Demolish B1103 is located on Hanscom AFB, MA. The Government welcomes the Industry to submit questions and comments to the Government in response to this anticipated Task Order RFI notice. The Government will post responses to submitted inquiries for industry viewing on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBiz Opps / FBO). The Government will provide responses to inquiries regarding Contractor specific or proprietary information directly to the Contractor.
