This is a Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI) for a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) at Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB). Hanscom AFB anticipates awarding two to three Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ Construction Contracts under North American Classification System (NAICS) 236220 with the size standard of $36.5M. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. THIS IS NOT A SOLCITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this Sources Sought/RFI is to conduct market research for planning purposes to determine if responsible sources exist and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive. This sources sought/RFI is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, or ultimately award a contract. The general scope of the prospective Contract is for the Contractors to provide all management, labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and Architectural Engineering services to accomplish simultaneous maintenance, sustainment, repair, and minor construction projects on Hanscom AFB and other areas identified in the MACC IDIQ Draft Statement of Work. Anticipated work performed under the MACC IDIQ Contract will be complex in nature, require multiple trades, and may require detailed engineering design required to be performed by registered / licensed Engineers and Architects. Contractors may be required to submit proposals on a seed project as part of the solicitation. More information pertaining to the seed project and evaluation factors will be detailed in the solicitation. Task Orders issued under the MACC IDIQ will be competed to the anticipated Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ awardees. Individual Task Order evaluations factors will be on a Task Order by Task Order basis and will be identified on the Task Order Request for Proposal. The MACC IDIQ is anticipated to have a not to exceed (NTE) ceiling value of $20,000,000 over a five year ordering period.
